Ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine — training for physicians

This page is for doctors, not for injured musicians. If you have arrived here looking for treatment, the pages you want are For Musicians and Plan your visit.

I teach internationally on the use of regenerative medicine — prolotherapy and PRP — in chronic pain, and in supporting professional athletes and musicians. Each month I run a one-day training programme in ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine for physicians visiting from overseas.

Content

The programme covers five domains, each taking around four hours:

  • Upper trunk
  • Lower trunk
  • Upper limb
  • Lower limb
  • Peripheral neuropathies

I teach the attendees personally: hands-on ultrasound scanning and injection technique, together with the strategic thinking behind comprehensive diagnosis and treatment.

Who it suits

Given the complexity of the material, I recommend the course to physicians who already have more than two years' experience using ultrasound and regenerative medicine. It is not an introductory course.

Group size

The teacher-to-attendee ratio runs from 1:2 to 1:4, and pricing varies with the ratio.

Dates, location and fees

For the dates of upcoming programmes, the location and current pricing, please email me directly at [email protected]. Please mention your specialty and roughly how long you have been using ultrasound, so I can tell you whether this course is the right level for you.

Tell me what has changed in your playing.

Email your symptoms, how long you have had them, and a short video of you playing. I reply personally, and I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help before you book anything.
